The arm brace has 4 distinct positions, and can be moved inward after the initial deployment snap. If you have giant forearms, this should help. The sight housing is lower profile than the mp17 and I can see more with the backup irons. For suppressed use I have seen full size slides working with a deadair wolfman on the webs, but I haven't even bought a suppressor for my p320 yet, let alone a threaded barrel.
